Corson Properties has been actively investing in value-added real estate since 2007 and is building a diverse portfolio of real estate. Real estate is acquired in multiple U.S. markets through direct investments in properties such as multi-family, industrial, retail, mixed-use and note acquisitions. Corson Properties combines a global knowledge of capital markets with a sophisticated understanding of local real estate dynamics to successfully build wealth through real estate.

David Corson has completed over $500M of real estate transactions in Colorado, Arizona, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Arizona, Montana, New Mexico and Texas over the past twelve years. David’s experience includes the placement of over $200M in private equity, underwriting, financing, property redevelopment and asset management. He has over 20 years experience of owning and operating student housing properties. David has acquisition and management experience in distressed properties, purchasing non-performing notes and the foreclosure process. Affordable housing experience and management includes HUD Section 8 and LIHTC affordable housing tax credit development.

From 2004 through 2007 David was the Acquisitions Director and a Partner at Baron Properties, a regional multi-family investment firm. While at Baron Properties, David completed over $200M in multi-family real estate transactions. Prior to joining Baron, David worked as a Finance Associate for Robert E. Lee International supporting premium-financing alliances with major international banks for "jumbo" life insurance policies. Prior to Robert E. Lee, David worked as an Asset Manager and Accountant for Boulder Townhouse Company, specializing in student housing ownership/management.

David earned a Masters in Real Estate Construction Management from The University of Denver and an undergraduate degree in Business Finance & Real Estate from The University of Colorado at Boulder. David holds an active Colorado Real Estate license.
