University Estates is a 552 bedroom, student housing property located in Muncie, Indiana.  The property was constructed in 2001 and is primarily leased to students of Ball State University. 

University Estates offers luxury furnished or non-furnished apartment homes with a resort-style amenity package. The property was purchased in late 2008 out of receivership as a value-added investment to yield current return and long-term appreciation.
