Corson - FounderDavid Corson has completed over $300M of real estate transactions in Colorado, Arizona, Wisconsin, Indiana, Arizona, Montana and Texas over the past seven years. David’s experience includes the placement of over $100M in private equity, underwriting, financing, property redevelopment and asset management. He has acquisition and management experience in distressed properties, purchasing non-performing notes and the foreclosure process. David has LIHTC affordable housing tax credit development experience and management. From 2004 through 2007 David was the Acquisitions Director and a Partner at Baron Properties, a regional multi-family investment firm. While at Baron Properties, David completed over $200M in multi-family real estate transactions. Prior to joining Baron, David worked as a Finance Associate for Robert E. Lee International supporting premium-financing alliances with major international banks for "jumbo" life insurance policies. Prior to Robert E. Lee, David worked as an Asset Manager and Accountant for Boulder Townhouse Company, specializing in student housing ownership/management. David earned a Masters in Real Estate Construction Management from The University of Denver and an undergraduate degree in Business Finance & Real Estate from The University of Colorado at Boulder. David holds an active Colorado Real Estate license. |
